theres a local shop near me, and they say they have a 6th gen celica GETS JDM engine with 180 hp stock...
i cant think of what engine this would be? it wouldnt be the 3sgte, or a 5sfe, unless the jdm ones are different than the us ones? hmm ima go check it out sometime this week and when i find out what it is ill post it. they have em for sale for 950. anyone know what it could be? |

3S-GE has 177bhp, thats close to 180.

Installed myself. You'll notice a lot more top end pull compared to the 5S. Low end torque is about the same. I've installed low-comp pistons to run a turbo, but even with the turbo disconnected I'm rather impressed.
