I just saw this on the news, you just type in your address and it gives a rough estimate on how much your house is worth.

Zillow.com

I typed in Bill Gate's address and holy crap, his house is worth over $100 million now.

332,000 3bedroom, 2 bath

I lived right near bill gates in my old house last year!

The house i lived in that was near his house was smaller than the home i live in right now and it says its worth 562,000 2 bedroom, .75 bath

Bah, that's just a tax assessement. Said my place is valued at an assessed 95K which is my tax base. I know for a FACT that I could sell my townhouse for $200K+ right now.

cuz its the rents money, and its called a mortage. u pay it off in like 30 to 40 years.

Mine was listed at 115k lol i just had my house apraised at over 350k+ oh well so much for the site.

thats the house i live in, its not even that nice. And its not like Im paying for it, my parents do. You gotta remember a $500k house on miami beach and a $500k house in the middle of nowhere in georgia will be extremly different.

Hm, it says.. $277,000 -- but it was recently apparaised for $415k. Maybe because they've done a lot of upgrades over the years. *shrug* PARENTS HOUSE, not mine.
