there are tons of golf courses near freeways so golfers can see them...ive hit a few over fences but luckily no cars were hit to my knowledge.
golf course rules are if anyone caught intentionally hitting over a fence will be punish by the law. i hope you have insurance

I did that at the range before. If your by the end of the range by the road, they ask you how experienced you are and if you hook or slice. I didn't want to wait for a middle lane to open, so I said, yeah, i'm really good and never slice the ball. Yep, the first one i hit, wam, over the fence and the ball bounces all the way down the road. Didnt hit no cars tho.

Its not that bad, it hit close to seam, it would have been a lot
worse had it hit higher.

randy, did you go to the clubhouse and tell them what happen?
most courses like that have insurance for that type of thing

^ Manny is right.

You should go to the club house, if you haven't done so already.

Try living on a golf course. My driveway is 40 yards behind the green on hole 8. Good thing I park the SUV's closest to the top of the driveway and hide the mr2 behind them. laugh.gif

I already talked to them, they say they are not liable.
The guy who hit the ball is. I'm sure he's ready to admit
fault anytime now. rolleyes.gif I e-mailed a local news
station this morning, mabe they can get some results.
I can't do anything about my car but maybe I can keep it
from happening to someone else.

there's a golf course in town here that had a lot of problems with people hitting balls into the main road right by it so they put up like a 65 foot tall net along the whole course lol

there is a driving range by my house, and at the end of the range (only like 175 yards away) there is a police station, people are ALWAYS launching balls over the fence and hitting cop cars, lol there is a fence up but its not hard to hit it over it.

Sweet, I have an interview tommorow for the news.
They want to do a story on it. The jerk should have
fixed my car. It will cost him a lot more now hopefully.
