Hey,
Havent seen a front bumper like this before. it almost looks stock. does anyone have any idea of what it is??

I don't know. nut looks like a Lip. I don't think is a whole bumper, To me looks like a lip that you can add on to your stock bumper. may be wrong

yeah its a lip. i think his celica info says its a hiro lip.
