well...not only myself is into car restoration/modifying both of my older bro's have been doing it since before me. One of the two is incredibly educated in this matter and the other is well...I am better off than he is. The problem is that the both of them have been on my back constantly about removing my cross-drilled/slotted rotors cuz they say that they are crappy and just tear and wear pads. They have even gone as far as talking to my parents that live hundreds of miles away about it and then they call me up and tell me that it is bad cuz my bros said so! Gee I hate them sometimes. I guess out of all this, my question is what are the pros/cons of these rotors. Thanks for reading my story!

I have slotted/drilled rotors. When I changed pads a few months back, you could barely tell the wear(1 yr old TRD pads. Had to change them due to warping the rotors).

Anyways, the biggest difference I've seen is slightly decreased braking power, but the braking power that I have lasts much longer(more resistent to fade).
