Just curious to where the i need to install the mr2 fuel pump i got with my engine for the swap. Is it an inline pump? or does it go in the tank somewhere.. im new to fuel pumps and haven't taken the time to poke around too much under the car yet. Or should i just toss it and buy the walborro? i really just need to get the thing running since i only have about a month before the car has to be running and be reliable. I could always upgrade to the walborro after.

Thanks

Yeah its in the tank. Under the back seat theres a metal plate you have to uncover and disconnect the lines and take it out and swap it.

If you plan to upgrade the turbo, I would ditch the stock mr2t fuel pump and go with a 255 lph pump - either the walbro or the Supra pump.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

i have the ct26 turbo, and im assuming thats a stock turbo on the 3sgte right? i have no plans for the early future to change the turbo. when the time comes though ill throw the walboro or the supra pump in..

when you pull the actual PUMP outta the tank, youll notice there is only 2 wires.

Go buy a set of flare wrenches. Those lines are very rusty and very tight. A nomal box wrench will most likely round off the nuts.
