damm that just bugs me seeing that -- i do almost everything on my own except for alignment and a few other things that would require special tools --
i always tell my girlfriend to let me to the maintenance on her car, but sometime she just ignore me - i'm gonna email this link to her - thanks for the great info guys |

wanna know whats funny about that video?
when they drop the tank to mark the "fuel filter" it looks more like they marked the fuel pressure regulator. atleast thats what i would call that part, especially after modifiying a FPR from a srt4. it looks just like the one on the jeep and it was built into the tank, just like the jeep. some how i doubt that any car designer would place the fuel filter so that the tank would have to be dropped to change it. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition

damn that sucks. most of the time i change my own oil. this one time i got lazy and what-not so i had it done for me. when i got home, i checked the oil level and they put too much. ended up getting my hands greasy anyways plus i had to pay for it.

Ive just qualified as a mechanic so i do alot of my own stuff, but i leave the big jobs to a garage as i do not have the ramps as they do.
If i had the patients i would open up a garage especially for women, as alot of women feel strange going into a garage full of men as they normally try and bull sh1t you about what the problem is and end up ripping you off. But the the people who get busted deserve it. Stupid people This post has been edited by RapidGT: May 24, 2006 - 4:24 AM |
