well my driver side front strut decided to start going down the crapper. so i basically need new ones now. i priced it out and its gonna cost an arm and a leg to get new superstruts. instead of getting stock ones, i figured i might as well upgrade. i was looking on gt4oc.com and found that someone is selling a set of SRB performance coilovers. anyone ever heard of these? are they any good? i need as much info on these as i can get. oh ya, i have a GT4 if ur wondering what im talking about. biggrin.gif

heres the link:

ya i was looking at the TEINs and the TRD coilovers. both are really expensive unfortunatley.
but i did find those other ones for a ton cheaper. i just need to know if they're any good and worth buying. other wise i could just buy the stock superstruts (theyre like $600 for a pair before ship). and i eventually wanna get the TRD lowering springs and theyre like $550 shipped or something rediculous like that. i figure i might as well just get a whole setup if im gonna spend the money anyways.

I have these on my GT4 and they are hard as hell, great for smooth surfaces but a ball ache on the street. You may wish to enquire if these are the modified versions with the softer damping valves as Dan from SRB was going to get some made up after we got back to him regarding the damping even on its softest setting being too hard. If its a weekend/track car then go for it but if its a daily driver, it can get old pretty quick.
