On one of the forums I visit daily, there's a "View My Posts" button. This is a handy tool to have around as it shows you posts you made, and the thread, clicking it takes you directly to your post. Handy to have around for people that post a lot, or so you don't gotta search around for a topic you made.
It's a forum tool I couldn't live without. It would fit nicely between My Assistant and whatnot. I realize that there's a way to do this, but this just makes it more convenient. -------------------- |

Oh I just read your suggestion more carefully. Yeah I agree... there should be a button at the top of the page.

So it's like the "View my last ten posts" link in the My Assistant feature of this site, except it shows all posts? I should be able to do something like this when I get home.

Yeah. its sort of like that. A little more condensed though. But this software is different than Offtopic.com's.

QUOTE(Akimbo @ Jul 22, 2006 - 9:55 AM) Yeah. its sort of like that. A little more condensed though. But this software is different than Offtopic.com's. It is, but I can also program new stuff if I need to. Just give me some exact details or an example and I can see what I can do. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Thats what OT looks like. You have to buy a subscription to search though. Clicking the topic title takes you to the first post of the thread. The reason it lists what you say twice is because the top one of your post is a link directly to your post in the thread. the Bottom one is longer and is your entire reply. -------------------- |

club3g.com and club3gfl have something like what you're talking about.'
you can subscribe to a thread and its tracked in your control panel, you can setup email notification, weekly email summaries, daily summaries, no notification, and to be automatically be subscribed to any thread you post in. both those forums are using vbulletin 3.5 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v335/huzudra/84139140.jpg thats how club3gfl looks, club3g.com looks the same.
