I pulled every fuse in sight and dont see any bad ones....
I thought a fuse was blown so i searched all of em but they were all good? Does anyone know if there is a main relay that kicks power on to all of these that could be bad???

Any other ideas???

this is gonna sound stupid:

u checked both fuse boxes? (1 in engine bay, 1 in driverside dash)

i believe the one in the enginebay has 2 large fuses for the interior lights/electrial stuff.

I just niticed something else .... I remember when the stuff worked the key was in the acc position the door bell thing would keep on dinging... but when i turned the key to on... it dinged a few times and stopped. Now i turn the key to on and the dinging keeps on going till i close the door even when the car is on?

I think it has to be a bad relay somewhere? I just dont know where it is?

Anyone have a 6gen book that can look that info up for me?

DG, I had this same issue only my power windows, gauges, overdrive, and I think my reverse lights weren't working either when I installed my OEM foglights. I ended up taking it to my friend that worked at Toyota and he then had a retired electrical toyota guy look at my car and we found that I needed a new Integration Relay. Toyota Part# is 82641-33041 because I completely fried it out. I happened to get that part on a discount, but I know MSRP just for this part is $230. kindasad.gif

Double check and replace the 10A "Gauge" fuse in the interior fuse box. It is shared by all of the systems you mentioned. If that is still not it double check that plug 3C is securely connected at JB no. 3 behind the clock and AC vents.

i once had a similar problem when a guy at home when i was at vacations , plugged wrongly the batteries to recharge his eclipse...result a lot of fuses blown...but it was weird, at first none of those looked blown, but tested them and they were, so you may try switching same value ones in the panel, that might give u a reference, or you may want to try a tester

I forgot to post what actually happened the other day.
It was a fuse that looked perfectly fine and it was actually bad (the 10a)....
wow does that pi$$ me off cause i about took the whole dash out looking for a bad relay.
How crazy is that!
I guess that tought me a lesson.... never look at fuses to see if they are good or bad cause they can break and look perfectly fine.
I still cant find out where it is broke cause it looks 100% perfect????
If you last 2 guys would have been the first people to post, that would have saved me about 3 hours of time.
Thanks for all the help,
ps... i ran the fuse over with the car to get even with it!

I'm glad that you figured it out... Sorry I must have missed your post earlier or I would have had an answer for you sooner.
