I want to get my sideskirts and rear lip molded (vis 404 look-a-likes) but I don't know how much to expect for it to cost. My sideskirts are a fraction of an inch too short however, I've heard of other people having this problem with the VIS skirts and they said that they would need to be cut in half then molded back together. any ideas how much this should cost for a bodyshop to do? (assuming that this is california, so everything is more expensive... probably going to be about $100/hour labor, if not more)

I think I remember you telling me that at one point.

anyway, for the record, the price does not need to include paint, I'm getting the whole car painted somewhere else. also, while it's in the body shop, I would want them to shave my sidemarkers and the little holes left behind from removing the emblems on the front and back.

I can't really tell ya how much i paid just because i paid all together for everything. But a local bodyshop would probably cost more then if you could do it yourself. IMO the sides and rear look good molded.

I don't know how difficult it is to mold them yourself. I don't want it to look crappy.

I'm probably going with a paint job from earl scheib, which is like a step-up from maaco, lol. I'm not sure if I would trust them with this, unless it's not as hard to do as I think it is. for some reason I'm thinking it's something extremely hard to do that only a trained professional could accomplish.

I'm not getting the front molded. just the sides and the rear. I don't plan on lambo doors, and a swap... well, I dunno about that yet (though probably not)
