Hi i have been around this forum for a little while now. I started off with a wrecked '94 red celica st coupe it had just minor body damage so i got new quarter panels from a local junk yard thats were in good shape and with a little bondo and some tender love and care also just a stock 3 post spoiler and some 14 inch american racing rims that resembeled stock gt rims that i picked up from a good family friends tire and lube place (for cheap) i had a pretty good looking celica (dont have many pictures of the process but i will post them some time tomorrow just for something to look at). then a little before i found this forum i was under the impression that i needed a gt to swap any 3s into it. So i gave my brother who was away at school my st coupe and i bought a gt coupe from a local toyota dealer for way to much but at the time i had a great summer job and i had been working since i was 16 so i had a little money to spend. soon after i found a all track at the same junk yard i got the quarter panels so i bought the engine for a really good price, took it home and pulled it apart and there were big scratches in both the second and forth cylinders. also a lot of black that looked like a lot of detonation so we brought it back to the junk yard and since we do a lot of business they were really good with giving me my money back i also got another shift boot for free because they saw mine was ripped. So scrapped that project for awhile. But the thing was i was in love with hatchbacks and i had two coupes until i found a wrecked hatch in buffalo for only the scrap price which was only 150 so i got in my brothers truck and towed home my new auto black hatch st. i was so pumped. this was around the time that buffalo got about 2 feet of snow in a couple hours and broke all the trees (just for time reference). So ever since then it has been sitting in my garage. This past weekend i went to the junk yard and bought a front and rear quarter panel and a driver and passenger side door along with all new fuel lines and a new gas tank for only 250. So tonight when my dad got home from work we started to fix the door hinge because they had to use the jaws of life ti get the doors off( even thought it was completely unnesicary and cuased most of the damage to the car but im not complaining until it took us all night from nine until now to just fix the body where the door hinge is so im really tired and upset and realived at the same time. but basically this thread/ build is going to start in exterior then when im done with that im moving it to forced induction because i finally decided on a 2 gen jdm 3sgte instead of beams well im beat and need sleep because i have class in the morning like 3 hours i will upload some pics tomorrow i hope you enjoy this thread it will start slow because there is a lot of body work but should really pick up after that. Sorry that it isnt nice and in paragraphs and even at that the punctuation and spelling is terrible too but i literally cant see so if you read all of this dont tear me down because im already beat!
