I don't have low brake fluid, so is it my pads? Or what? I have no problem driving or braking, but come to think about it, the pads could used changing.

put the e-brake in the down position.. LOL

Check the fuse to your ABS too, if you have it. The ABS will make the brake light come on too. It's probibly a faulty switch in the e-brake though.

I don't have ABS. Jaws, I think I would know if I had the ebrake up. Dustin and bulldog, thanks for the posts. Will take your advice and see whats up.

check that the fluid level sensor is working, plugged in well, and the wires to it aren't damaged.
