I need some pointers on what exaust, headers, and intake I should go with, this is my first mod, so I could use some help.

We have many positive people here. lol. Look in the parts database to find most of the basic mods people have.

You can pretty much go with any brand, since they'll all provide *practically* the same performance gains.

You'll need to get custom headers for the 5sfe pretty much, or talk to this company: http://www.genieturbo.com.au/contact.htm

They are hard to get in contact with. But their price is much more reasonable.
