so i was driving down the interstate at about 3 in the morning an this rice burner civic pulls up an wants to race so i do an im beatin him an he decides he aint goin to lose so he pushes me into the median an im goin about 130-135 an i start spining in this ditch an then my car (being a lite ass celi) flips not once not twice but three times land on the whells an chase him till the engine blew got his tags an im goin to hav some fun with his car

I totally agree. Suit the crap out of him. I'm sorry to here about what happened, but when you get your law suit money get another 6gc and do it up.

Sorry this sounds like complete BS to me. First off the rev limiter stops you around that speed exactly so you would have been bouncing off it and with the way you told you're story I'm sure you would have mentioned it. Second you flipped the car three times landed on the wheels and still continued chasing him instead of sitting their speechless and stunned AND THE ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING? BS.

ya i tryed to chase him an got abot 10ft got luckey on landin on the wheels and theirs these things called upgrades to alow you to go faster an yes i was toppin out didnt mention it because it wasnt the focus point so tell me it didnt happen plus i will hav pic.s when i can get to my car

sayin it was a hit an run would involve the police an i dont want to seein as i would hav to state that i was racin an the only people that no is me that person in the civic an 2 of my friends cause they came with a tow truck to get it out befor any cops saw an gettin a law suit would also screw me over now im going to try an be civil an work this out just me an him (he buyin me a new celi) but if he wont then i will take him to court

No it does not sound logical at all. He was street racing which is illegal. hatchy_gt-s is at his own fault. If you are stupid enough to race your car then you get what you deserve.


I highly doubt that anyone is "buyin" you a new "celi".

how the hell do you drive after your car flipped 3 times? there is no way it wouldnt have hit the ground at that speed. Your car would have blown apart at 130 mph.
