 94-95 flasher, cant find it |

looked in the interior fuse box and didnt see it... i could have sworn i read that it was there. any help guys?
im looking to buy a led flasher and wanna make sure its going to fit/work first thanks! -------------------- 94 Celica ST - CAI, CarPuter, many interior mods!

here some pics from how-to-install fog lights article (so ignore some notes in the picture) but I believe they shout help. Flasher is that black thing above fog light relay:
