i was thinkin about taking my st to a shop over the summer and getting a dual catback exhaust bended up,

i was just wondering if dual exhaust looks good on our celicas (i cant really picture it) and if so what size piping works best?

thanks

personally i dont like it - its an inline engine and you have one exhaust header so why dual exhaust?

you can obtain the same performance with a single if you use the right parts, no?

I have an additional q. If u ran a 4 to 2 setup with an h-pipe, would the gain be worth the work?

i'd do a dual exhaust if i did a v6 swap. but other than that, i don't see the purpose other than cosmetic.

Ditto, more of the same. Doesn't make sense to have dual w/a 4cyl. Unless u wanna pay the extra for just the look.

I know it's not much but that would also add unnessicary weight to the car.

Unless you had some wicked set-up like a turbo for every two cylinder (dumb by the way unless you are promoting your shop and want to show off your capabilitys) dual exhaust to me is pointless.

No gains could be expected if the rest of the motor is stock.

you can however expect to make your celica look even faster but still remain slow! frown.gif
