Okay, for those of you who have had sportline or s tech lowering springs for a long time, preferably with KYB GR2s, How even is your fender gap front to rear? I know s techs lower .9 inches up front and 1.4 in the rear, while sportlines have 1.5 inches all around. Do the teins even out the gap with the uneven drop, or does the uneven drop result in an uneven gap? Likewise, do the sportlines have an even gap? Pics. I can't decide between the two and my decision will come down to which has a more even look. Thanks

I have the sportlines on mine, I have never measured, but it looks like a pretty even gap.

bump. Come on guys, I know many of you have sportlines or s techs. Just go out to your car with a ruler and measure the gaps. I'm sure there are many others like me who can't decide between the two and want to go for the most even look. Thanks

First off, correction: Teins are 1.4" in front, .9" rear

I believe the stock Celica front end is higher than the rear (or so i have heard) -- hence, tein has a larger drop in the front.

Imo, little lower in the front is better because it gives a nice aggressive looks without looking stupid. Remember, we're talking like .5" between them.

I'm two states away from the celi at the moment, I'll be back next week and I'll measure for ya.

your wheel gap will depend on the wheel/tire you use.

from what ive seen the teins actually drop the car lower then the sportlines. however this has always been to low for my taste. i went with sportlines and they do the job.
