So my last few days with my Celica before my buyer takes it.

I'm cruising at 2am down 322 doing a constant 90-95MPH on the straight highway with no cars or civilization in sight heading for home. As I go under the bridge and fly past the on-ramp to the highway, I look over my shoulder to see if any cars are merging and I see a Pig chilling on the on-ramp with his headlights off, so I immediatly slow down thinking im safe. Getting about 1/4 of a mile away, I look into my rear view mirror to see these lights flashing and hauling ass after me. Now, right now im deciding whether I should floor it and go for the off-ramp thats really close and hopefully get away, or slow down and take whats coming to me. Well, I still had alot of distance on the cop, but I decided to slow down. Seeing how a 12SPD bike can hand it to an ST Automatic, i'm pretty sure he'd catch me on the off-ramp or hit the radio for someone nearby. So I pull over and he tells me he saw me doing 100+MPH from the bridge but clocked me at 87MPH on his radar. So he slaps me a 188$ fine and sends me on my way... today I receive an confirmation of PennDOT getting the ticket information and records on me, and they are requesting my license to be taken away for 15 days!

Nothing like the Celica going out with a bang.

I guess 87MPH in a 55MPH zone is a no-no. The limit on points in Pennsylvania is 31MPH over the speed limit, and I was doing 32MPH! BASTARDS ARE TAKING MY LICENSE FOR 1 MEASLY LITTLE MPH OVER!

Wait, what do you mean limits on points? But hey you speed, expect to get caught. Happens to everyone. The Illinois Department of Transportation has the acryonym IDOT, everyone calls them idoit.

If you do 20-24MPH over the speed limit you get 4 points on your license
If you do 25-31MPH over the speed limit you get 5 points on your license.
If you do 32+MPH you get your license suspended
... etc.

129 in an ST, until you said you were spraying, i would not have believed it, lol

anyway, i take it that your car does not have the 115mph speed limiter?

Yea I know about tickets in Illionis, I'm know all the cops in our town by name. Just didn't know that you gained points in PA for speeding. How many do you need before you get a free life?

haha, d00d Kingrey is the WORST place to speed. It's like a donut shop there when the end of the month rolls around. Do you mean you were on I-88? Or 83/Kingrey?

Yea out here in nebraska the cops don't have anything else to do, and if your on the interstate or highway and your going 5 over your done, specially if they have one of them damn camaros. I almost got pulled over today for doing 65 in a 60 lucky he got the car in front of me and not me. The fool was on the other side of the interstate went down about a mile turned around and came all the way back to pull somebody over for doing 5 over, not that is just crap.
