Anyone ever hear of gabriel shocks and struts, and/or are using them on their car?? i want to know how they ride..the quality..better or worse then kyb's? also if i do go with these gabriel shocks and struts will i be able to use tein springs with them?? any info about these would be great

Their from Advance Autoparts and such. you can order it from your local stores. IMO worst than GR2s but if not doing anything drastic go for it. Not sure how they react with lowering springs tho.

Been there, lowering springs owned those struts. Just spend the cash on the KYB GR-2s.

Unless less of course your skills and pocketbook are up to the challenege of the koni yellows

I currently have H&R springs on Monroe shocks and they ride good(on my lowered corolla on 17's). I've been reaserching for a while and have found very good reviews on the GR-2 shocks. Anyways...... I just ordered some KYB GR-2 struts from tirerack.com they are going for $56 each for the celica st. I recently sold my celica gt but I still have my Corolla! AND THE KYB strut mounts and boots are also for cheap... I'm going to install my new setup on the weekend. I'll post picks if I get a chance.
