what do i need to do this
im wanting to add another in my engine bay do i just need to split the power and grounds to each battery? and then hook up what i want on the second battery? -------------------- BOOST GETS YOU LAID!!!! |

Run 1 gauge cable from engine to trunk . Add a circuit breaker in line if possible(to prevent cable getting pinched etc exposing the wires which will cause a short and start a fire)
If battery is sealed then no worries having it anywhere in the trunk. Otherwise, you need to vent it. |

WHAT is the best type (brand) of batt for this and i have alot to power...lights spekers ect.....

Optima Yellowtop would be a good choice. Deep cycle sealed battery.
Me running 0gauge through the celica Convenient grommet next to battery in engine bay Cable ties are your friend Back into the engine bay it goes(you might want to use the hole that leads into interior but I did not want to damage the foam there). Still need to find a rubber grommet to cover the hole or modify the original plastic one a little to accomodate both wires. - Managed to fit cable through plastic grommet which is not shown in pic.
