Some bumper help? Options

Hey, so, I've got a 95 and I've been scouring google for how to remove my front bumper... obviously I'm not the most experienced Celica owner, hah, but, pleeeease can someone help me out? I'm extremely frustrated because I already had to go buy a new ($180) headlight from the dealership to pass inspection and now I can't put it in because the bumper is way smarter than me.

This is an awesome site and I can't wait to explore it more, but yeah, a quick reply would be very much appreciated. Thaaanks <3

few things
1 welcome to the site. you will learn a lot here.
2 wrong section of the forum. you would want to look in the exterior styling section of the forum
3 go to that section and look through the stickies. there is a how to there.
