i just had my timming belt and water pump replaced about 2 days ago and ever since i first started the car after i had the work done the car it makes a winding noise, either if its idling or if i acclerate it sounds liek its comming form the new water pump area, somone said it could be a bad pully bearing any input, thanks kevin

It's the waterpump. Had the same thing happen when I had the 7afe in my celica. It's more than likely a defective waterpump.

Take it back to the shop that did the work. Either Netrata is right or they overtightened the timing belt and that is wining. Either way they should warranty it.
