a bent tie rod is literally undrivable...vibrating can be a bad motor mount

Let's clarify.

The tie rod joints should have ZERO play [inner and outer].
The ball joints should have zero play.

You can move the entire tie rod in and out as long as your steering isn't locked.
That should move freely.

If you can't tell because your steering isn't locked, lock the steering [turn the wheel with the key out until it locks] and then check for any play.
There should be just about zero [you might get a tiny bit from the lock mechanism on the steering column].

could be lots of things, start with a full tuneup, plugs, wires, cap, rotor...clean intake, check o2 sensors...still vibrates might be motor mount

i just done a full tuneup , with all that is listed above(except o2 sensors) , i even cleaned my TB and changed my coolant , fuel filter .... could it be the O2 sensors ???
i changed plugs and wires 8K miles ago , and then i realsed that i was supposed to gap them , so i did that 1k ago
i think i have some sort of vacuum leak as well as bad mounts because the car vibrates really hard and then its back to normal vibration and then vibrates hard ....etc , i think its like every 2 seconds ( when in D )
