hello guys. i'm mostly in celicatech but i heard i might have good chance over here. anyways, i recently got rear ended and i'm having hard time finding the rear bumper kit. there's plenty for the hatchback but no luck for the coupe. i own a 1994 toyota celica coupe and i think the kit is called z-glide or similar kits.
Thank you -------------------- |

For aftermarket, you're best bet would be to contact Erebuni Corp. http://www.erebunicorp.com/ge/toycel94.htm And ask them if they have any in stock for the coupe.

i got an invader rear bumper sittin in my basement for a coupe doing nothing. only problem is shipping is gonna cost ALOT.
EDIT: i also have a spare stock bumper with re-bar in the garage that i bought for another member, but shipping was to much for him. This post has been edited by Valo666: Oct 18, 2007 - 9:00 AM |

well, i've been in contact with about 10 different suppliers. No luck. Some thought they did, but they were full of it. Anyways, i went back to the shop and guess money talks. i increased my budget and asked if they could add more fiberglass and just extend the sides of the hatchback kit. They said they could so, i'll let you guys know how it comes out hopefully by the end of next week. i didn't know how popular the hatchback was until now... but, i still like the coupe over the hb. about the invader bumper, thanks but a little too flashy for me...

Jason,
Look around a bit more. I have had a bunch of rear ends off my convertible which is the same as the coupe. Do a search through the body section guide. |

i called the shop today. they said they already started modifying the bumper by extending the sides. i told them to give me a date so that i can come for a in-process inspection. i'll take pics and post. i should have my car before Saturday, so those of you coming to Chino Hills meet will see the finished good.
