Just wondering what everyone else thinks of the whole thing? It's been said that if honey bees were all gone that the human population would follow within 4 years. Whats everyone else think about causes and stuff?

The human population isn't going to die off because of honey bees.

no honey bees means no pollinating (well not as much pollinating and not as efficient) without pollinating means no food, no food means no population. It was a prediction by Einstein.

Also saw that on TV like 4-5 years ago. Haven't really thought about it really, I'd rather be afraid of Bush invading another "innocent" country than this.

manbearpig is gunna get us! hes half man, half bear, and half pig.

I'm just playing. bees, as do every species, play a crucial role in the ecosystem. i just watched a pbs program on the bee thing and they say most of the bees have lowered immune systems (speculation is that its from all the pesticides used on crops) and are developing there our bee AIDS, i kid you not.
