How to send a 3sgte from Europe to the US

I want to solve them now and need to send somehow the engine from Germany to Houston Texas and back. The engine will have a weight from approx. 385 pounds plus a box. Why would you need to send it to US? Is there no Tuners around Europe??? I know lots and lots of people in Lithuania - who are capable to build extremly powerfull motors and etc...
