Depends on what you think easy is?
I molded a set into some stock hb tails b4 and it was looking sweet but i never finished doing them. you will need another license plate plastic if you want to try what i previously have 95% done
Check this out.....

It is not too hard to do if you know how to use bondo???
EDIT: these are not the supra lights for sale, this is an example of what i was doing a few years ago.
The supra lights that are for sale are just stock supra lights that have not been molded to anything.

To answer your questions they are fender protectors, they are especially used when using the OEM side skirts.

Is this part still for sale?
$20 Igniter 89621-12010
Shipping to Lima, Peru, should not exceed $6.00. Would you be able to sell it to me for $26.00 (shipped to Peru)?
Please, let me know.
