I was told to stack some washers up under the bolts i have ...which bolts are these and how many washer or how tall should it be too be flush...if someone could post some pictures of this process it would be most helpful... thanks =]

IIRC, you have to drill two holes into the rad support and put a long bolt into it. put a nut on both sides and load it up with washers. I think Art did this.... I don't remember who, but I know there is a picture floating around here somewhere of it.

erik, go to autozone or whatever, and buy 6 "body washers" they are U shaped.
you will also need 2 longer 10mm bolts and 2 nuts.
on each side of your hood latch, there is a bolt that goes thru the bumper cover, into the rad support.
replace that bolt with the longer one, and use 2-3 body washers on each side.
you may have to experiment with diffrent amounts of washers to get the fit perfect.
