i was wondering how to remove the back seat so that i can get to the speakers in the back... i am going to replace them with some 6.5 infinities...
o yea has anyone tried to add a 4" speaker to the door and move the tweeter to the triangular piece behind the side mirrors... if so can you give me some advice on how to do so and what size tweeter to get that will fit in the piece... thank you in advance |

BTW - In a hatch [at least] you need not remove the back seats to change the speaker. Just remove the one long bolt by the speaker and peel the edge around the door sill. You will have lenty of room to work after that.
TJH4EVA - The 6 and 8 speaker stock systems came with tweets in the little mirror triangle - just go to a junkyard and get that cover and tweeter mount and most if not all AM tweets I've seen will fit. Just don't get any oversized tweets and you should be fine. -------------------- ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
