fmic, electronic boost controller, after that your pretty much **** outa bolt ons, unles you wanna get things like plugs and leads, aftermarket ecu, prehaps a cdi ignition, turbo/manifold/external gate upgrade.
expect anywhere from 130-150 kw (175-200 hp for you non metril people) atw with: fmic, zaust, 12 psi, decent cai. This post has been edited by Cuts_the_Pilot: Mar 15, 2008 - 2:29 AM -------------------- ST205 Group A Rallye GT-Four, #61 of 77............600hp GT3582r

read this...
http://www.mrcontrols.com/primers/power.htm most swaps make about 230-250hp at the wheels, with a boost controller, downpipe, exhaust, and fmic. If you want more power then that, just upgrade to a bigger turbo. The unopened motor itself has been known to handle 400+ hp with bolt ons and good tuning. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

Read the link I posted.
Factory jdm 3sgte is rated at 225 crank hp at 10psi of boost with a very poor intercooler and a restrictive exhaust. With a few bolt ons you can make about 230-250 at the wheels (about 250-280hp at the crank). -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

yea i read it after i made my last post....seems very helpful...do u think a t3 would spool too slow on a 3sgte? and from wat im getting from that site it doesnt matter wat size intercooler u have....ive always heard u loose boost through the intercooler if it is too big...and he's sayin all u need is a side mount...is a front mount much better?

The site talks about a side mount because it was written for mr2 owners. Just get a decent sized front mount and youll be just fine.
