get some fast road cams. piper make some for the n/a 3s with a claimed increase of 20bhp. they cost about 450 pounds for intake and exhaust.

^ lol, but once you feel the same ol' power everyday, its not enough. Intake and exhaust will get you some gains but not as much. You'd have to do some internal works such as cams like phleon18 said.

94 Celica st black DD (bad weather beater)- totaled deer
95 Celica gt silver- chassis sold
88 Celica All-Trac (Burned to a crisp)
94 Celica gt white (sold)

In need of a rust free chassis!!!!

you don't have to do a swap to turbo biggrin.gif
other than the basic exhaust system you pretty have to do some work on the internals. i wish the USDM GT had the 3sge instead of the 5sfe. you already have 40+ more HP than my car.
you can try to find a tranny from the beams celica to be able to transfer more HP to the road.

cams + exhaust w/ de-cat, headers, upgrade ur wires and spark plugs, and if you're up for it--go get ur head port/polished and then get urself an AFC NEO and tune ur a/f ratios and ur vvt-i.
Your car should run at about 200-210 by then and u'll most likely be hitting in the 15's in a straight.

considering the year on his car i'm going to guess that he doesn't have vvti

There is a header in stock on the 3S-GE powered Celica.

Or the late model 5S camry header works too.

^^ I guess that the stock-piece is quite good better than a Camry piece, as this really is meant for racing..

HKS item could bring 5hp tops, but I ainīt paying that kind of money for such a small gain biggrin.gif

The final 5S camry header was very good actually - take a look at it, you'd be surprised.

I recommend for low $
air filter (+ intake pipe for more beasty sound tongue.gif )
exhaust +/-extrator (2.25" - 2.5")
spark plugs (denso/NGK they're the same really)
