i bought my lip from these guys as well. no box but still in pristine condition. granted mine wasn't cracked b4 shipping.

yeah, mine was basically wrapped in bubble wrap and had a piece of cardboard with the shipping label on it. i'm glad the postal guys didn't twist it or bend it during shipping...
