Buy one from ebay and just get a K&N air filter and put it on, make sure its for Celica GT with the 2.2 litre engine though.

a tube is a tube is a tube. Ya know? It's the K&N Air filter that's going to make the difference. Remember for a 5s you'll need a bung for your air sensor, and one for the air return liine (and a male connector for that one)

I bought exaclty this one from chrome intake.
Fits like a charm unless you have cruise control, you'll have to remove the cruise control actuator With this on, it sounds like a beast. Some of my friends even say that sometimes, near 4000 to 5000 rpm it sounds somehow like a supercharger or "technologic" (yeah i know, it doesnt make sens but that's the only word we found lol). I gotta admit that i really love the sound with it. Just be sure you put another filter since their's is (to my opinion) way too small (and cheap). A tie-wrap where there's the silicone coupler It doesnt really move besides that even without the tie.. the filter sits next to the tranny so it doesnt move plus its really tight at the throttle body -------------------- |

a bung for the air sensor and return line? Air sensor is that black male peice that's (iirc) on the right side of the air intake between the filter box and the throttle body, the return line sometimes (on my car for example) Returns from the engine to the throttle body instead of the air intake. (skips the middle man basicly) This post has been edited by D-Man: Sep 10, 2008 - 9:35 AM -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! And right underneath the heat shield of the exhaust headers too.... Not to mention that stock 2.5" size is reduced by having the air sensor plugged into it... I used 3" piping with a 2.5" silicone adaptor to the TB when I had a 3S-FE, the 3S-GE throttlebody however is 3" so I don't plug the air sensor into my pipe I just cable tie it hanging to the side of the air filter.
