Well just in case you didn't know, I spoke with a mechanic who did a swap for someone. He told me that the guy ran out of money after the install SO instead of swapping his tranny, he just used the ST205 tranny took out the transfer case put a washer in the hole and it works great!!! (using mr2 half shafts).

You can convert the st205 tranny to fwd but not alot of people like the extra weight that comes with it....
