Can someone help me find a part number for a 95 USDM GT caliper? I need the bolt that secures the caliper and holds it to the rotor. One of mine fell out last night while i was driving down the street

well there's the rear 12mm caliper bolt, front 14mm caliper bolt, or are you referring to the larger bolt that holds the front caliper bracket to the knuckle?

it feels like it could be 14mm... IDK it's been a while sense i took it out. There are two of them one on top and one on bottom of the back side of the caliper; and holds it in place over the rotor. It's on the front of the car.

Um yeah - I meant slide pins - whatever they're called. i don't have my book with me so I don't know the actual name. But you're talking about the two bolts at the top and bottom of the caliper that hold it to bracket and must be loosened from the back. One of them must come off to change pads [The other loosened], they go through the slide things that permit the caliper to close and retract. As opposed to the two larger head bolts that attach the caliper bracket to the knuckle - not those - the only other two bolts on the assembly.
W/E - those right? Damn I suck at descriptions. Yes. Not the ones that have the black rubber around it; But the one (as you described with loosening the bottom and removing the top to lay your caliper open).
BTW, when it comes out and your caliper lays hook style against your rim... It isn't fun This post has been edited by D-Man: Sep 26, 2008 - 9:48 AM -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! Just so you know - the top one and the bottom one are different lengths so you have to be sure you're getting the right one. I'd take the one off the other side and bring it with me to the dealer - they have a parts break down that will make ID'ing the bolt cake.

I could just swipe it from the other side and head down there sat morning to the dealer ship... Sweet! Does anyone need a caliper overhaul kit? -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! Damn D-Man - most impressive.
