I just got this problem too, only it only ocastionly does it, if I rev match or If I double clutch it still does it and only with 3rd gear every now and then, also sounds like its coming from under the gearstick and not from the gearbox, anyone have any idea?

As far as getting your transmission fixed, its better to just buy another one. Those syncros go for over $200 at Toyota and I doubt anyone else has them.
