Gram Lights are gonna cost at least 1200-1500... lowering can cost between nothing (cut springs...hahha) or 800-1200 for full adjustables. Unless you're comparing full adjustables... umm, you could actually do a good lowering job for less than 300 dollars.

Depends entirely on the suspension you plan on getting. If you are going to do it right (good struts and springs) then definitely lower the car. But if you are only going to get springs, then don't bother, you're just going to do more harm than good. But as long as you buy the right stuff, like Kwanza said, lower it first.

If your car is sitting lower, then the rims that you buy tend to look bigger, so if you went out and put 17's (just an example- I don't know anything about the Gram Lights) on your car then lowered it, then you might not like how it looks, so lower it first for sure.

new 17" gramlights will cost you about $2700 just for the wheels
