Let's say you use LEDs for your turn signals and you use resistors for those. Then the LED goes out. Can you still use Bulbs with those resistors? Or must you remove them? Also, what type of resistors are safe for our cars? Some people guarantee some that are 6 ohm 50 watt. Is that ok? For 1157 LEDs/Bulbs?

No, you must remove the resistors. Resistors are a silly way to fix the problem IMO - they are just wasting energy by converting battery charge to heat. See http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...mp;#entry742891.
