Need to know..... Options

Ok. You know those lil pieces that snap in for the mud flaps? Whatever bracket that is that goes on your inner tire wall that has to be undone in order to replace a fender basically. It is a flat piece and the screws go into these parts that are supposed to snap in and out in order for you to screw those in.

Well I need to know if there is a part number for those or where I can order them. Also, there are lil pins that snap in on the panel of the doors around the outside. I have some ghetto plugs made for screw to screw into holding those in place. I would imagine they could be a quick fix with something like that, but would rather have those good ol' factory ones.
