This is my latest dyno (Garrett GT3071R,FMI,Tuning,Injectors 800cc,265lph FP etc) ![]() Very nice Magic. I especially like the spool you got on the 3071. We typically look at what RPM a vehicle reaches 200 ft /lbs of torque to see how fast the turbo spools. 200 ft/lbs is equal to 271 Nm which you hit at about 3250. That is great spool for a T3 sized turbo. For those of us in the U.S., the dyno shows 328 max whp and 320 ft lbs of torque. Excellent result. What do you have for cams and headwork? -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |

Thank you Supershannon77 ![]() Mike, I am not sure I would even mess with cams with that Dyno plot. You will pick up some horsepower on the top end but you will inevitably move the power to the higher RPM band. That thing has got to be the ultimate street machine already. If I ever get back into 3stge's (unlikely), this is the exact set-up I would shoot for. Very nice work. Jay For those that are too lazy to click on Magic's profile and want to see a beautiful example of a GT4: ![]() -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |

LOL. He did until some moderator moved it - probably my fault for commenting on it. that "some" moderator would be me, jay. and yes, it was cause you were to lazy to read the first post, where it specificly asks NOT to post unless your posting a plot. so i moved it out into the disscussion forum, and PM'd magic asking him to repost in the registry. NOOB. ![]() great work magic. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
