Sweet - about time too. Having seen this car in person I can say it's exactly what Collin wanted out of it - you'd never know Toyota didn't build this car. biggrin.gif

IIRC I think Snap's was started first? K-ESD would be the first completed one - again IIRC

OK, To clarify this "first V6 swap" thing.

I built the first V6 6GC with my own hands, I did not pay a shop to do it for me.

Snapshot is the 2nd 6GC, do a search on this forum and you will find this is true.

No offense snapshot but I don't think you deserve this fame.

not to be rude, but a quick look at your profile shows why snapshots car was chosen over yours for featured ride.

as for the 1st v6 swap thing, that is a minor oversight on christians part, and is easily fixed. wink.gif

Thank you guys for all the compliments, I really appreciate it. Being featured is a real honor, and hope to see it inspire more 6th gen V6s. This was a long tough road with many lessons beyond just the technicalities of swapping, but I am thankful I had such a great community like this place to assist in the process with encouraging words and helpful advice. We really have some quality individuals here that look out and care for others beyond social norms that one would expect over the internet. I look forward with anticipation to how this site continues to grow and furthermore continues to support other member's in their endeavors. smile.gif

Thanks again for the comments.

Collin

True, people here go at on a limb to help others even if they are making a dollar or nothing at all to get it shipped. Or just helping each other in general. This community is a family compared to other club forums, which I've been in.
