I would like to convert crank windows to power. Is that doable? My car is gonna get completely repainted this summer so I am not opposed to completely switching both doors.
My two biggest question are:
1) how do I change the wiring. Is here anyone who have done this conversion in the past?
2) are hatchback and ST doors interchangeable?

Any help would be appreciated!

-Thanks!

If I were you I'd use all factory parts... no universal kits, they pretty much suck.

I was actually thinking about getting both complete power doors from local junkyard but I still need to do my research on electrical connections...

Your dash harness doesn't have the plug-in for the door harness from the power window-ed donor vehicle

@ GriffGirl: Wow that was an interesting reading in your thread. Sounds WAAAY too complicated.
It is missing any conclusion, though. wink.gif
Have you ever managed to complete the swap?
