Well I'm gonna be using megasquirt and spark(edis) w/ my ride which will be full complete control. I've used Apexi S-AFC before on the gze and it worked. To be honest in terms of simplicity you cant beat something like a basic piggy back, but if you're looking for real tunability you'll want something more complex.
I wouldn't recommend megasquirt for the timid or light of heart, you have to build it then set it up yourself. It's a process and a technical one at that. You have to do a lot of reading and research. I have megasquirt set up to do fuel only at the moment, but I'm pretty much all set to control spark as well, all I need is to make a custom triggerwheel and I'm good to go. The nice thing about The S-AFC was that you can adjust it on the fly VERY easily. The bad thing is it's basically only tricking the ecu into injecting more fuel. -------------------- AIM : FAQdaWorld
