What seats did they release for our celicas. From what i know,

1. The leather ones
2. SS-III Version which was the ones with the red splashs
3. The normal plain ones.

Any others? In particular did they ever release a Recaro red seat? And do st202 rails fit st204, im guessing they would. But want to make sure with the community.

Recaro seats were a option on Japan, but they were not red, and yes ST202 rails fits any other 6th gen celica, all seats are interchangeable, but some of the seat belt latches are not, so just need to swap them.

there were also sport seats which are the ones that say CELICA on them, same design as the SS III but in different color combination.

"SS-I Special Edition" aka 25th Anniversary are normal 1996 seats with CELICA stitched below the head rest.

1994/1995 JDM seats have an extra knob to keep the back rest position on the drivers seat which 1996 onwards don't have. It now resets every time you pull the quick lever.

some GT-4 also had the red splash seats (they came with the recaro drivers seat) but arent the back seats in a GT-four different due to the fuel tank or something?

Seems like I read somewhere in this forum that the fabric used on the seats changed from year to year, just so the seats looked a little different. I just searched for that thread but couldn't find it again. I've had two '96 Celicas with the same fabric pattern and my '98 has a different pattern. Can anybody confirm?

In my 99 GT-S I have some gray seats with green and blue stripes on.
I even saw one 96 GT with normal gray seats without the stripes.

Has anyone these seats with green and blue stipes too?

Just to inform recaro seats were SRD, and the jdm seats with confetti print as I like to call it and 25th anniversary came with "celica" embroidered below the headreast. There is actually a set f/s on ebay right now.
