Cost gonna be the same as the Coupe/Curren's one, put you name down and get ready for your payment.

Regarding the TRD STYLE SPOILER for Coupe/VERT/CURREN...
Shipping cost would be on top from Hong Kong to where u located
OZ, Hawaii ----> USD$75
NZ, USA, CANADA ----> USD$80
EUROPE, UK, GERMANY ---->USD$90
ANY OTHER LOCATION PLS ASK

TRD Style Curren Spoiler - [Note - No angle adjust for this Spoiler]

A) Whole FiberGlass = USD$175

B) Carbon blade + Carbon Caps + Fibreglass Legs = USD$250

C) Full/Whole Carbon = Carbon Blade + Carbon Caps + Carbon Legs = USD$350

D) Carbon blade + Carbon Caps = USD$200

The color of the Carbon/Kevlar blade and end cap could be chose
Any question, pls feel free to ask.

The above pics just steal from data base

No,
The bolt pattern is different between the two. For any car that didn't come with the TRD wing initially, you'll have to re-drill holes into your trunk.

Not from what i recall, from p2s post he said that the 2post holes are the same for a trd wing.

The coupe and hatch end pieces are different, or else there wouldn't be any need for coupe/curren and hatchback specific spoilers. The middle pieces might be the same, but I'm not sure. I would assume they're not.

I have mutual agreement with the supplier/factory, which make FG/CF stuffs for me
They will free the mould fees if I order 10+
If not I still need to pay for the mould fees.

Okay, that works. If I do it, I'll try to rally 10 other people...shouldn't be too hard. How much would return shipping be, do you think? And how much is the mold fee, if anything?

U mean regular 3 post?
and make it CF/Kevlar right?
I might have one in my friends garage.
Have to send to the factory to ask for a quote.
Shipping won't be horrible anyways, u can quote at www.hongkongpost.com
U can start a new thread to see if any members willing to join your boat, sure that could make it happen more soon.

Yep, regular 3-post. I'm not sure if I'd want just the spoiler wrapped or the posts as well...but take your time man, I have to look into my funds anyway after I get a quote and I don't want you to think you have a sale when you don't. thumbsup.gif

I will for sure make a thread then, though.

Depending on the release date, I might have to wait on the second bash. But if its gonna take at least a couple months to make then I guess I'm still in.

the wing is off the car, just need to dissasemble it and get a shipping quote for vin. woot.gif

vincent, when you have these made, are the mounting locations going to have metal threaded inserts?
that is my only concern in having these made, is how they mount to the car. im not a fan of screwing directly into fiberglass and asking it to hold. lol
ill take a couple pics of how mine are for refrence tonight.

808: the center section on my wing is roughly 43 3/16", but its not straight. its actually a compound curve.
ok here are a few pics of what i am talking about.
its a little hard to tell, but in these pics, the threaded section you see is actually a metal insert that the fiberglass post is made around.
that way, it mounts and holds much like OEM.
wink.gif
(ignore the ghetto gasket..lol)

vin, also another thing the wifey just mentioned actually. the TRD wing center section is normally adjustable into 3 diffrent positions, this copy i have from chrisc is also adjustable, i assume your guys will be able to replicate it without an issue, correct?
the center adjusts by changing the "washer" that goes thru the post into the center section.
here are a couple pics of that:

by flipping those washers into diffrent positions, you can adjust the angle of the wing into the 3 diffrent positions.

a couple of the whole wing for refrence:

man, she looks naked without that wing! frown.gif

Honestly the pic makes it look bigger than what it is.... i kinda grew into it already... i never really liked wings up until i got this car... i just don't like that it's right on my view to see rear traffic.... but it looks good... not THAT high but would be better a bit shorter

I am wanting on the list for a TRD replica carbon fiber hatchback spoiler. I have a few questions though. First, I would like the whole thing in carbon fiber (I don't care for fiberglass if I don't have to have it)....and i will then have the sides painted at the body shop to match. If I get the whole spoiler in carbon fiber, will it be easily paintable? Secondly, those that are all carbon fiber, is there any fiberglass in it for the mold, or is it truly a 100% carbon fiber spoiler? I am thinking about integrity of the spoiler. And just to be clear, the mounting holes/threads will be metal correct? What is the price for this spoiler? When will these begin production, and when may I expect mine to be finished and shipped? When and to whom do I send payment? Feel free to private message me if you wish. Thank you!

Folks!!! Since RTP had been produced the TRD STYLE Spoiler for Hatch, I don't wanna clash with their products.

So, Manny, no need to send your wifey's trd spoiler to me, seems a bit too late...

However, if they sell those to 6GC member at a ridiculous SKY price, then I might jump in to BALANCE the price later on, hopefully I don't need to do such... wink.gif

Regarding the TRD STYLE SPOILER for Coupe/VERT/CURREN...

Once I have the mould, I will test fit, post up price and everything...

But now, Pls put your name down and your request, I will make this happen ASAP... thx!

I am dealing with a member right now... if it fall.... I will come to u buddy...

As long as u agree with the following

A) The shipping cost from you to Hong Kong, would be on my cost
B) I will send you back a brand new CF TRD Spoiler of your choice, like color of the CF/Kevlar, or just the center piece in CF
C) A FOC customized Smoked Gas Lid Pack as incentive
D) The shipping cost from here to u would be on your cost, but it won't cost much, if those are in CF

PS the wing u gonna send me won't return, since the supplier need that

Guys...

Here's the Quote I have from supplier *** Shipping cost would be on top from Hong Kong to where u located

TRD Style Curren Spoiler - [Note - No angle adjust for this Spoiler]

A) Whole FiberGlass = USD$175

B) Carbon blade + Carbon Caps + Fibreglass Legs = USD$250

C) Whole Carbon = Carbon Blade + Carbon Caps + Carbon Legs = USD$350

D) Carbon blade + Carbon Caps = USD$200

Since the amount for the spoiler is not as cheap as the previous project or product I have, so I need 50% down payment before I place each order

I am now waiting for the 1st prototype to come for test fit, then could be ordered
The color of the Carbon/Kevlar blade and end cap could be chose
Any question, pls feel free to ask.
I would send out the spoiler according to the paying sequence.
