OK guys, my friend is selling his 96 Celica ST. Car has the following done o it:

7th Gen. Celica wheels
Erebuni 404 Body Kit (except for front bumper lip)
Erebuni Supra style wing with brake light
Custom front grill and hood scoop
Car is lowered (dont know spring brand)
Carbon fibre dash kit
Stock radio with upgraded speakers

Now, for the motor (awesome): biggrin.gif

Stock ST motor completely done up with

Arias Forged/Coated Pistons and Rings Bored over 30 (making it a 2.1 litre Celica) wink.gif
Crower Rods
Crank has been shot peened and knife edged
Cams grind done by Crower for higher revolution
Head is been port and polished
Custom fuel system with ATL Fuel Cell in the trunk
Stronger pump
MSD 6AL ignition
Computer re-mapped by Jet Performance
Trust Exhaust system with Better resonating muffler
K&N Air Filter
Spark Plug Wires (forgot brand)
HKS iridium plugs
Blue engine dress up kit

Everything on this car was pretty much custom, considering the fact that some of these parts weren't available for this car at the time like pistons, rods, etc. It definetely has a very exotic look from the front, catches alot of attention.

Car only has about 50K miles clocked, bu only 20K since motor was done up. Mind you, nothing was wrong with the motor, he just wanted to improve on it. Car is white with black trim. Everything mentioned will be included with this sale.

Th only downfall I see with the car is that holes were cut out for gauges on the dashboard passenger side. Gauges were removed, so its left with open holes. You can add new gauges there, or do something custom if you wish.

Car has a clean NY State title, ready to go.

5,500 ono.

By the way, its not the red one. biggrin.gif

If anybody needs the vin # to run a carfax report, please contact me via email or pm me. thnx

Very nice, and only $5,500! I'd jump on that if I was looking for a sixth generation Celica for sure. smile.gif

Got a few question for ya. First off, do you have any engine pics? Are there receipts for the engine work done? Was it done by a reputable shop? Do you have any interior pics? Why is it being sold?

Thanks,

Kaleb

Thanks coomer.

Phat94celi, I performed all the work on it. I did have all the receipts, but I have to look for them since its been so long. Its an easy motor to pull out, disassemble, and heck out the stuff in it if you're serious. smile.gif

I will take some interior pics and post it soon. Craig Paisley did some of the work, but mainly it was done by Vinny Ten from Performance Factory back in the days when he still had his shop in Woodside, and the twins Eric and Marc (spr2nr TV on Spike) were working for him. The motor was completely done, blue printed, gas flowed heads, everything professionaly done.

If it doesnt sell here, it will go on ebay.

Kaleb, I will add some pictures tomorrow after I take them. Never been dynoed, the car spent most of its life under modification since everything was custom made from factory. Pistons took over 4 months for Arias to fabricate, crower took a while also, well you know how it goes.

Personally, I feel the car is slow. Then again, Im used to driving a 400HP evo, and I also have a celica gt4 which is fast as hell also! smile.gif It would be a perfect car for a custom turbo job, or even nitrous. Im pretty sure this motor can easily take 150-200 shot of nos without any probs. wink.gif

Anyway, I will post tomorrow.

The spedo reads 43,420 miles. The engine looks a little grimmy, I know. But nothing some engine degreaser wouldnt be able to take care of. wink.gif Yes, the MSD box is loose, this is because he introduced the batery under the hood, and this is where it used to be mounted. Its firm in there though, its held in place with one bolt. Apparently he also removed the fuel rail and the RC injectors. He told me sold those to a friend. The stock fuel rail and injectors were replaced. I guss the fuel regulator I had installed is gone also with the rail. Still plenty of other useful stuff in there.

How well was it taken care of? It looks pretty dirty for only 20k. The air filter also looks nasty. Why is it being sold?

Its dirty because it sat most of its life without being driven. It was always in storage. Ever since it was started, it has had a new brake job, rotors done, oil change, tranny fluid replaced, everything checked. Car runs excellent. The filter is not the original, he put that there. I originally had a nice and clean KN filter. I think that came off his integra.

Its being sold because he owns a 91 sentra, a 98 chevy S10, and a 91 integra. He lives in Astoria Queens and cant have more than 3 vehicles parked. He uses the chevy for work, his wife uses the sentra, and he wants to keep the integra rather than this celica. He purchased it off me about 2 months ago. Rarely drove it, just like me. I am the original owner, purchased it directly from Toyota back in 96.

How good does it run? Also, I'm wondering what you mean by "tranny is not done". I'm sort of interested. Please keep it off eBay. smile.gif

Inferno, it runs very good. A little slow for me, definetely can use some force induction. wink.gif What I meant by tranny not done is that it wasn't shot-peaned, changed to heavy-duty bearings, etc. Tranny is stock with a TRD clutch, and the flywheel is lighter.

I forgot to add things to the listing like braided fuel lines, some quality speakers (JBL, Pioneer), I dont know, alot of other interestiong stuff.

Come on guys, the car is worth more in pieces then what Im asking. Dont pass up this opportunity.

I'm wondering what size the guage holes are. Also, with the guage holes, are there wires already connected and waiting for a guage to be hooked to it or would the wiring have to be re-done?

Jigga, please don't put it up on eBay. I'm thinking out a way to see if I can get that car. Just try and work with me. Do you have AOL or any other messenger?

Inferno, sorry bro, I got rid of AOL as soon as I went cable. Nevertheless, shoot me an email and I'll give you my phone number so we can talk.

The guage holes I believe are 53mm ones. There are wires there, but Id do them over anyway just to ensure everything is set up right. Nothing difficult to do, probably a good weekend spent organizing everything inside and out. Very good runner, that I can guarantee.

BTTT..

I will give this one more try and then go straight to ebay. I believe the car is worth way more than what Im selling it for. Im not out to make a profit, just get rid of the car because of the immense amount of cars I have currently parked on my driveway. I think its a bargain for all you get with this. Just the motor itself, and the fact that the mileage is so low is a major bonus when considering a celica. Anyway, I leave it up everyone.
