It looks great from the side, but I just can't stand the smiley face from the front.

Any ideas or mods I can do?

I'm ordering TRD splits, but I don't think that's going to do much.

if you can find a hiro front lip. now that looks good on the pre-face. I agree the pre-face doesnt have such a great design. its the same design as the 5th gen celica...

Better yet- projectors, Aeromagic front lip (because its really the only one that follows the lines. Hiro and the 404 lip destroy the flow of the car.) and factory foglamps.

x2!

I actually quite like the pre-face bumper. I didn't at first, but I've grown really fond of it. For one thing, it was only made for 2 years, so in a sense, it's a bit rare compared to the facelift bumpers! I've even grown to like my amber turns. Not that I'd pass up some clear turns or anything, but there's something about them with the preface bumper that's REALLY grown on me. It's kind of classic, I guess. (and for that matter, I also REALLY love my 2-post spoiler as opposed to the 3-post spoiler on the later models as well)

If you tinted your highbeams you would make the car look stupid and destroy the functionality of the lights.

Not sure about a specific lip/splitter, but anything that highlights/wraps around the fogs looks good.

x2 on the skirts. Otherwise it just looks plane "Chiny"

ya know, Chin, but with a "e" noise? too much chin. Sounds weird to me but the only way to describe pic up top. N dont think you'll get away using Vert Skirts.

VertSkirt = Fail. I hate mines.
