I am replacing the Reverse/Turn signal bulbs on my new JDM tails. The original Bulbs are 12v 21w 7440's, so I bought 7440's but didn't realize until I got home that they were 13.5v 25w. Im also worried because on the back it has a little picture that says >200 C , and I dont want these to melt my new tail lights. So my question is would they be safe to use or should I return them?

Yeah, you should be totally fine, there's not enough of a difference between the two to be concerned about it.
