ok so my window is grinding going up and down and i believed at first it was the regulator but it seemed like the motor was straining pretty bad to get it up the last time. So i start searching car part website (advance auto, auto zone, oriely's and ebay) and i cannot find either part. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know where to get these replacement parts?

any help is greatly appreciated!

thank you,
Brandon

hey brandon

i just did this on my car last night. why not take off the door pannel and look inside to see your motor and regulator in action. its only a few screws and clips to undo.on mine the wire somehow got hung on the bracket for the glass and my motor wsant strong enough to pull it down, and eventualy it broke the plastic holding the motor to the regulator . also i had to search ebay for mine and got the complete pass side regulator for 30 shiped.if you think the price is outrageous email the seller directly offering to buy it now for cheaper .

peace
